Our Little Poland is a coming of age story following one year from the life of a group of Japanese students who decide to sign up for the Polish Language and Culture Studies at the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies. One of the compulsory tasks for second-year students is to stage a play in Polish. In his documentary, Matej Bobrik tells about their struggle: how hard their projections clash with reality. Our Little Poland has a bitter-sweet taste of growing up.
